Official command hooks, preserved config
AgentPeek adds only its owned command entries to ~/.qoder/settings.json for prompt, tool start, tool completion, tool failure, and stop events. Existing settings and user hooks stay untouched, and Doctor shows the exact target before repair.

Observation only where Qoder owns the prompt
Qoder events update session state and tool activity. The hook transport does not carry a reply channel, so approvals and questions stay in Qoder. AgentPeek can flag attention and open the recorded terminal without claiming an answer path, follow-up transport, or usage source.
