CLI sessions keep full local control

CLI sessions come from Devin's read-only SQLite history. Native hooks support approve, deny, and feedback;devin acp resumes the selected session. Exact response deltas feed monthly and daily usage without double-counting cache subsets.

Desktop sessions stay observation-only

Devin desktop Cascade uses twelve observer hooks and strict replacement transcripts. Its trajectory IDs do not load through CLI ACP, and the transcript exposes no trustworthy usage. AgentPeek keeps those limits visible while Quick Routes groups both Devin storage trees together.
